The club of “Fletchers who Work, Live & Love” is dedicated to create discussion on how to manage a work-life balance that embraces a life style desired by the individual. The club will work to form understanding among the students who are future leaders and colleagues how to consider and accommodate different obligations, wishes and conditions that individuals have in their lives besides their work. The club will focus on promoting better work-life conditions by contributing with innovative thinking, research and examples from around the world to inspire and challenge status quo.
