Subject: Tufts Social Justice Arts Initiative

Description: The Social Justice Arts Initiative is a student-run organization at Tufts
University dedicated to addressing local and global social justice issues
through the arts. SJAI's mission is to raise awareness of issues pertaining to
social justice both on and off-campus and foster dialogue and action in the
community. SJAI aims to use theatre, prose and poetry, music, visual art, and
dance to creatively raise awareness about relevant social justice issues and to
make art an accessible form of expression in local communities. Artists as well as art appreciators are welcome.
