Subject: Somerville Room Available for Rent - Sept 1

Description: Hi Fletcher Folks,

I'm an incoming first year MALD student who is a Boston area native living in Somerville. I live in a two-bedroom apartment near the Porter Sq. area. My roommate is leaving on 8/31 and the room will be available starting 9/1 (There is a chance this might be negotiable for a tad earlier).

Overall it's a good space with free laundry in the unit, responsive landlord, and good location both to Tufts and things to do in Cambridge/Somerville/Boston. The room itself is also quite large and is by itself on the third floor.

If you were to take the T, it's about a 10 minute walk to Porter Sq. Walking directly from Tufts is probably 25 minutes, and a bike ride under 10. There is also the 87 bus at the bottom of the Hill which is probably the quickest public transport wise.
