Description: This year in Moral Voices, we will tackle the ethics of the substances that sustain us. We will address the justice—the truths, reasoning, winners, and losers of the production and consumption of food. Topics include: food availability and distribution, consumer choices, animal use, environmental impacts of the food industry, and so much more!

Eric Schlosser, author of the bestseller Fast Food Nation, will be the keynote speaker coming to Tufts this year.
