Subject: Please create a new elist for me

Description: DSE needs a way to reach out to all Tufts community members with an active Data Warehouse Account who current own content (reports, folders, etc) so that we can communicate important information and timelines regarding upgrades and system downtime. We will be pulling a list of current users and updating the elist members on a regular basis just as we do with the Tableau elists.
