By 2050 70% of the people in the world will live in cities. Currently we are
adding the equivalent of of seven New Yorks to the planet every year. Where will
the food be produced to feed the people in these cities? How will it be
produced? How far can urban agriculture go to producing the food needed? What
will the sustainable system look like that produces the food for the cities?
