Subject: News and Events: Equity Research Across Tufts and Beyond

Description: This newsletter is a communication tool of the Tufts Research Group on Equity in Health, Wealth, and Civic Engagement.

The Equity Research Group brings together researchers from across Tufts University to discuss and investigate equity and inequity in the United States and the world. Recently we conducted a pair of nationally representative surveys of Americans, during the COVID-19 pandemic, in May-June 2020 and again in April-May 2021. Scholars from across Tufts contributed to designing those surveys and are continuing to analyze the data they collected.

The research has been funded by Tufts University Office of the Vice Provost for Research (OVPR) and the Research and Scholarship Strategic Plan (RSSP). Tufts’ Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life funded the visualization of our data on our website EquityResearch.tufts.edu.
